  • ORTAG was founded in 1946. Today the company is owned and managed by two partners: Roger Werner, President, and Alfred Fehlmann, Member of the Board of Directors.
  • With some 12 staff we offer professional services to more than 250 clients in Switzerland and abroad.
  • In 1998 we joined KRESTON International, a global network of independent accountants and business advisors, represented in more than 70 countries with 400 offices, 10'000 employees and fees of USD 850 million.
  • Our service spectrum comprises: Auditing in accordance with national and international regulations, tax consulting for business and private clients, financial accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, wage and salary administration, financial consulting, mergers and acquisitions, foundation of companies and corporate restructuring.
 
  • For our international clients we provide beside the above-mentioned services: Foundation and holding of on-shore and off-shore companies, international tax consulting incl. VAT and office services.

  • A major part of our clients are small and medium sized companies managed by the owner or by members of the owner family, some of them are listed companies.
  • ORTAG is a full member of the Swiss Institute of Certified Accountants and Tax Consultants and accredited by the Swiss Government as auditors for special qualified audits. We maintain traditionally good relationships to tax authorities and to Swiss banks. For special legal and taxation questions we cooperate with experienced specialists all over the country.
